By accessing the ac668 platform at https://ac668.app, registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any service offered by ac668, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the registered player) and ac668 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or verbal — relating to the subject matter herein. No oral statement made by any ac668 employee, agent, or representative shall modify or supplement these terms unless confirmed in writing by ac668 management.

ac668 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change affecting player rights is involved, in which case reasonable notice will be provided via the registered email address on file. The version of the Terms & Conditions published on the platform at the time of any given activity governs that activity. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

ac668 operates as an online betting and casino entertainment platform specifically designed for the Bangladeshi market. All services are provided in English. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players accessing ac668 from outside Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that such access complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. ac668 makes no representation that the services it provides are lawful in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

No foreign currency conversion is applied, and no foreign payment methods are accepted. ac668 supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit via any MFS channel is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 via MFS and ৳1,000 via bank transfer. During such checks, processing times may be extended.

Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on their account or that has been verified as belonging to them through the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. ac668 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from funds sent to an incorrect account number provided by the player.

ac668 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to check the applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating any transaction. ac668 will not reimburse fees levied by third-party payment providers.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus funds and any derived winnings can be converted to real withdrawable balance. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be completed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games contribute a reduced percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain RNG games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

If you have received a promotional offer that cannot be verified on the platform, contact support via live chat before making any deposit based on that offer.

All sports betting markets, casino games, and instant game outcomes on ac668 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant game or market interface on the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules prevail in relation to that product only.

Sports Betting — Key Rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed retroactively.
• ac668 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds has occurred, including cases where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human input error. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's real money balance.
• For cricket and other live in-play markets, bets accepted after the conclusion of the relevant event — due to delayed data feed or connectivity issues — will be voided. ac668 uses best-effort measures to prevent post-event acceptance but accepts no liability for delays beyond its direct control.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are specified per market and are subject to change at ac668's discretion, particularly during high-traffic periods such as major BPL or T20 World Cup fixtures.
• Accumulator bets are permitted on eligible markets. All selections in an accumulator must win for the accumulator to pay out. Any voided selection in an accumulator reduces the accumulator by that leg, and the remaining selections continue to stand.

Casino and Slots — Key Rules:

• All casino games — whether live dealer or RNG — use certified random number generation or live dealing processes supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming.
• Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are publicly available within each game's information panel. ac668 does not modify the RTP of any third-party game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ac668. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent registration: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification, including the use of another person's identity or documents.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one ac668 account, whether directly or through proxies, family members, or associates acting on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through duplicate accounts, collusion with other players, use of matched betting software, arbitrage strategies, or any other method that circumvents the intent of a promotional offer.

ac668 employs a dedicated compliance team that monitors accounts for indicators of prohibited conduct on an ongoing basis. Detection of any of the above may trigger an immediate account review. During a review, access to betting, deposits, and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted. ac668 is not liable for any inconvenience caused to players whose accounts are reviewed in good faith based on reasonable suspicion.

ac668 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6, or where closure is necessary for regulatory, compliance, or security reasons.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by the email address on file. During suspension, the player may not access their account, place bets, deposit, or withdraw funds. The balance in a suspended account is held and is not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that the balance arose from a breach of these terms.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ac668 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Voluntary closure requests are processed within one (1) BST business day. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified primary payment method after all pending wagering requirements are assessed.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should select the self-exclusion option directly from Account Settings. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened on request before the period expires. Upon permanent account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all pending bonus funds, free spins, and loyalty points are forfeited. ac668 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ac668 takes all reasonable technical measures to ensure platform stability, security, and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific outcome or return will result from your use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac668's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim and whether ac668 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

ac668 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet service interruptions, power outages, or device malfunctions that prevent timely access to the platform during a live event or critical betting window.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party sports data providers, provided that ac668 takes reasonable corrective action upon discovery.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind, even if ac668 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes ac668's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law.
